A Glen Ellen teenager went to jail Friday night after the vehicle he was riding in was pulled over at 9:45 p.m.
The Sonoma Police Department made a traffic stop at Boyles Boulevard at Comstock Avenue, Boyes Hot Springs, and found that the driver, Gabriel Miranda-Flores, 24, of Glen Ellen was driving without a license, according to police.
His passenger, 19-year-old Alfredo M. Rivas, also of Glen Ellen, was found to be in possession of a controlled substance, according to police. Rivas was arrested on suspicion of the aformentioned crime, as well as being a minor in possession of alcohol and giving alcohol to a minor.
Miranda-Flores was issued a citation for the driving without a license as well as furnishing alcohol to a minor, according to police.
In a separate incident, police cited Drue A Ballenger, 19, of Boyes Hot Springs, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
